Hello gentlemen’s..It’s Christmas holidays..the best time of the year right?I heard that many of you wondering what to wear for Christmas parties..So I’m here to help you as much I can..As I love fashion I’m not interested in women’s clothes only.
Everyday I read magazines about men’s style too.So I can say that I’m in position to give some tips.Today’s post is the part 1 because the next will be something about whatto wear to combine your style with your girlfriend. So as you see on the first photo it will be a post about Xmas couple looks.
So, let’s start by saying that there has always been such strict rules on what men should wear on an evening, and now that it’s getting to the festive season, the question of what to wear arises once again.. what should you wear to that Christmas party? Sure, your other half’s wardrobe is bursting at the seams with feathers and sequins and every embellishment in-between but for us gents, it’s a little bit trickier…a sequin mini dress can be difficult to pull off..! Here’s our pick of the pieces that will get you into the party mood!
One of the easiest items to throw on for an effortlessly cool look around this time, is a velvet jacket – combined with a slim pair of black trousers and a white shirt (bow tie optional), it’s the perfect mix of elegant cool and means you’ll stand out for the right reasons.
There’s just one other choice..the colour! Style wise you should always go for something with one or two buttons preferably..two buttons elongates the body and makes you look taller (just never fasten the bottom button) but in terms of colour, you can go for anything really! Muted tones tend to work better around this time of year so look for shades of wine, charcoal grey, emerald greens and rich blues, they’ll also look the most classic when paired with a white shirt.
A great classic colour if you’re wanting to stay away from black is burgundy – this wine coloured jacket from Marks & Spencer is great for a change but doesn’t stray too far from classic if you’re feeling a bit out of you comfort zone. The silk lapels will make you look super suave too!
Now if you’re shopping for something a little bolder then this blazer is definitely the ticket – lined with silk so it’s as sumptuous on the inside as it is on the outer, it’ll look sharp next to black and extra dapper with a bow tie.
If you’re not feeling velvet then there are other options – surprisingly blazers do come in other options that just just black, so choosing something with a little design detail can set it apart from your everyday uniform and make you feel like you’ve dressed for the occasion.
Wear with black trousers and a white shirt, maybe a patent shoe if you’re feeling extra confident.
They say you can always tell a man by his shoes and this is one occasion where your footwear is just as important as the rest of your outfit (not that it always shouldn’t be). Go for something that stands out for being classic yet modern – these Kurt Geiger tasselled loafers look great with a pair of tailored trousers and no socks (or invisible ones) for a more modern approach to dressing.
I search for you the must stuff you will need for Christmas holidays in very very low prices that you will get crazy.
