We all have blue feelings..In the past psychologists said that our feelings are colourful.
In psychology, people have long believed that certain colors can evoke different moods and feelings, and some research has supported the idea that colors can have psychological effects.
But what about those ”Blue feelings” we all have and we don’t know about them??
Blue is a color often found in nature such as the pale blue of a daytime sky or the rich dark blue of a deep pool of water. It is for this reason perhaps that people often describe the color blue as calm and serene. Many people call some feelings ”blue feelings” and I will tell you why..-If you feel blue, it means that you are feeling unwell, mainly associated with depression or unhappiness. Feeling down, blue or sad is a normal experience in life, however, depression occurs when these normal feelings of sadness persist for longer than 2 weeks..Those feelings are not the good ones I know,but our life contains the bad feelings to-.
